TERMS AND CONDITIONS

MAKING A BOOKING
 If you would like to make an appointment please bet i touch by texting 07908625968 or emailing kerry@therevivecompany.com. Using another method may result in your query being missed.

MAKING A CHANGE TO YOUR BOOKINGS
You may change the date and time of your booking at any time without charge, so long as you do so 24 hours or more before the date and time of your treatment you have booked.

CANCELLING YOUR BOOKING
You may cancel your booking at any time without charge so long as you do so 24 hours or more before the date and time of the treatment you have booked.To cancel a booking, please email kerry@therevivecompany.com or text 07908625968. 

CANCELLATION CHARGES
If you cancel your booking over 24 hours before your treatment starts then you will not be charged 50% of your treatment 

I totally understand that life happens and sometimes you cannot avoid cancelling an appointment last minute. For that reason it is at my discretion as the business owner regarding the below policy on charging. Everybody gets one strike every 6 months, meaning I will not charge if you cancel after the 24 hours once every 6 months. After that you will be charged 50% for your appointment. This must be paid prior booking any subsequent treatments

If you do cancel within a 12 hour period and I am  able to fill your booking slot then I will consider not charging .  Note that the initial conversation must be had at least 6 hours before your treatment commences, in order for you to qualify for no cancellation charge.  

If you cancel your next consecutive appointment (after the first cancellation) within 24 hours, then you will be charged the full amount of the appointment.

If you repeatedly*  cancel your appointments within 24 hours then I will only take booking from you on the day you require an appointment. You will not be able to book in advance.

NO SHOW
If you just do not show up for your treatment you will be charged 50% of the appointment, which must be paid prior any subsequent bookings.

CANCELLING SOME OF YOUR TREATMENTS DURING THE SAME APPOINTMENT TIME
If you do not want all of the treatments that you have booked in your appointment time slot, please be aware that the above cancellation policy still applies. I will need 24 hours notice to cancel one or more of your treatments or you may be charged 50 - 100% of the cancelled treatment(s), even if you have made the appointment time for the other requested treatments.

IF I CANCEL YOUR BOOKING
In the event that I cancel your appointment that you have booked, I will contact you by e-mail or telephone and offer you an alternative date as soon as possible.

CLIENTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS  / HEALTH ISSUES
If you have special needs, we ask that you advise us of your requirements prior to booking an appointment. 

PLEASE NOTE THE TREATMENT ROOM IS UP ONE FLIGHT OF STAIRS AND THERE IS NOT PARKING OUTSIDE MY HOUSE.

 
THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS MAY NEED A DOCTORS NOTE OR TREATMENT CANNOT COMMENCE.

*Cancer
*In remission from Cancer
*Heart /Lung /Kidney Disease or Conditions
* Breathing Conditions
*Strokes
*High Blood Pressure Accompanied by other health complications
*Some Autoimmune Diseases
*Recent Surgery (6 months)
*Diabetes
*Skin Diesases
*On any blood thinning medication
*On medication for acne
*1st Trimester of Pregnancy
*Pregnant but had any fertility treatement
*Pregnant but had difficulties with previous pregnancies

It is your sole responsibility to check with your doctor or medical practitioner about your suitability for any of the treatments and to obtain his/her written consent where necessary. I willl not be able to treat you without  it

While I  take every care to ensure safe practise, I accept no liability whatsoever for any injury or illness you incur through my treatments (except as a result of my negligence) or by your failure to notify me of any existing  health problems or special needs or not following the aftercare advise given to you. All after care for every treatment is found one this in the side bar menu.

ARRIVING ON TIME
Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment.  If you are late then this will effect your treatment time or you may not be able to have your treatment. this will be treated as per my cancellation policy (see above for details). 

Please be aware if you are 10 minutes early I may be with another client, on lunch, not in or setting the room up so will not be able to answer the door. I do not have a waiting area, so it best to be one time rather than too early!

TAKE YOUR SHOES OFF
Please be aware that this my home with a small toddler, so I do ask that people take their shoes off a the front door for hygiene reasons

HOW TO PAY
I accept Cash or Bank Transfer ONLY. Bank details will be given after the treatment.

TREATING MINORS
I do not treat anyone under the age of 14 (only a few treatments), and require a guardian to every appointment until they are 18.
